The interview was about 30 minutes long, including the open session for questions. The first step was to go over the work history and previous employment, followed by a math problem and three questions regarding to leadership and challenges faced during that role. You don't have to get the answer right, I don't know if it prevents you from getting the position, but you have to explain each step you took to get the answer. The phone interview is the first step, if you pass that, you get extended a face-to-face interview and a tour at the actual Fulfillment Center. The company informs you within two business days, via email, of which fulfillment center your next interview will be conducted.
