Applied online. Got a phone interview. Chatted with the hiring manager for like an hour. The questions were mostly around their leadership principles. They really want to find the candidate who's got the Amazon DNA.

1. Explain the most complicated Excel model you've created.
2. Describe a time that you disagree with your team and you were wrong, how did you handle it?
3. Describe a situation where you take calculated risks.
One HR screening, Phone screening, Loop interview with 5 People, Team matching interview. The loop interview was tiring since it was 45mins per interview, and you would have to provide examples for LPs.

Generally conversational and asking about your resume and experience. After the assessment link is sent to you via HR, they can invite you for a phone screen. This phone screen generally lasts an hour.
They asked a lot of behavioral questions and it seemed like SQL/Data Analysis was heavily required. Would definitely recommend prepping all the common behavioral question. Also its important to know the core principles of Amazon
