Phone screen with 3-5 questions asking to "tell me about a time when" If you pass that you have 4 45min interviews with different Sr. Finance Manager's. The questions in these interview are very similar to the phone screen but don't reuse the same examples too much. It took two months between the phone screen and the final interview.
