In every step, interview, question they are looking to an adherence on their 14 leadership principles. Got asked a lot of situational questions, sometime the same question from different people and they fairly expect a lot of details. It doesn't matter if you are a top performer in your current or past role, you need to play the game and stick to their Belief.
The people I talked with were pleasant but I felt just a small number in a big efficient impersonal machine.
Amazon policy doesn`t allow to provide feedbacks which is a bit disappointing considering that they chase you many times to have one when you buy a product in the ecommerce.

behavioral conversation where they asked you beginning questions which then guided the rest of the conversation. There didn't seem to be any technical or case study questions in my experience.

3 hour interview process with different directors asking about my skills as an individual and why i would be a good fit for the role. Followed by leadership principles questions and how they apply to my role and my cv as a whole.
