Not very intensive. Simple questions and motivation for the work. Takes about 30 minutes but can finish earlier depending on the interviewer. Very friendly, asked about my background and experience. Had a lot in common with interviewer but did not get an offer even though I was qualified and the best candidate for the job.

No interview process, went in and had the job essentially. No dress code just documentation to take to get set up on system. All welcoming and friendly though, very informal
The entire online process feels relentlessly exhausting and painfully tedious. Every step leads to another obstacle, another delay, another unnecessary complication. Instead of progress, it feels like moving through an endless maze of barriers, friction, confusion, and constant interruptions.

Agency, little contact, limited information, told never allowed to say no. Even if they are braking the rules, they dont like people pointing out issues, as because if they record them thats when they can get in trouble for it.
