very long interview process. they give preference for referred candidates who may not be worthy of the job over talented , worthy candidates. I have seen candidates who couldn't put a sentence together being selected for voice process, just because they were referred by the employees. there were various rounds to test your writing skills, listening skills and voice skills.. after clearing all the rounds its very disappointing to not get the desired position.

I recently had the opportunity to interview with Amazon for the customer support role role. It was a great experience interacting with the panel and learning more about the company’s vision and culture. I’m grateful for the opportunity and appreciate the insightful discussions we had. Regardless of the outcome, it was a valuable learning experience!
