Multi rounds of interviews and many of the assessments had nothing to do with the role. Interviewers ranged from nice to arrogant and talked mostly about themselves. Everything tied back to their business principles and answering with those in mind.
I got contacted by a recruiter and then one interview with the hiring manager! That was really it because they were rushing to place someone, super quick and took about 2 weeks total.

I only got through to the first stage, where my experience didn't quite match what they were looking for. The next stage was a meeting with someone from their Sales department, and then there is a take-home task, followed by review and further interviews with more senior staff.

There are four to five interviews for sales. The first is with recruiter it is a phone interview, the video/ in person with the hiring manager, panel of individuals a peer , a leader within the segment, and another leader out of the segment with an Essay
