No interview required. They require a self administered oral drug test. Application process is almost entirely online. You need to show up to either Amazon warehouse or off-site at hotel and show Human Resources your identification cards prior to being hired.

No interview process, went in and had the job essentially. No dress code just documentation to take to get set up on system. All welcoming and friendly though, very informal
The entire online process feels relentlessly exhausting and painfully tedious. Every step leads to another obstacle, another delay, another unnecessary complication. Instead of progress, it feels like moving through an endless maze of barriers, friction, confusion, and constant interruptions.
