Be prepared to answer really hard questions in the final interview. The process consisted of three interviews and a tour of the warehouse. You can tell that there is a huge culture difference between the people working in the warehouse and the people on HR. To be honest, it wasn't my kind of work environment. They're very casual though. Don't wear a suit to the interview.
