I had quite a negative experience, the interviewer was in a rush, asked two random questions and closed the interview. I have prepared for a week with all the available materials in the internet but she was obviously not interested in my candidacy... This was not the promised ''good candidate experience''

Phone screen (audio only) then “video loop” with several people over the course of half a day. Questions tied to their Leadership Principles with expectation that responses are in STAR format. The recruiter was incredibly kind and helpful and hiring manager also very nice.
