Entretien
The process consisted in 3 or 4 interviews of 1 hour with all the team. There was a period of 10-15 days in between interviews that made the process very long. I was asked to read a lot of information about the company previous interview, which is OK if it takes you anywhere, but in this case, after a silence of almost 10 days, I had to contact the recruiter to check how was the process going and they told me they decided for another candidate. I mean, after all the time invested and the energy to get prepared for the interview, they weren't able to be proactive and call me with feebdack. It was really dissapointed.
The interview process is made up from the leadership principles. Be prepared for a question from 8-10 leadership principles. You want to provide your answers in the STAR method, with each example having measurable impact.

The recruiter provided helpful preparation materials ahead of the interviews, including insights into the company's core competencies and values. Each interview question was clearly aligned with these competencies, which allowed me to prepare by selecting relevant work examples that demonstrated my experience and alignment with Amazon's leadership principles.
The process included four back-to-back interviews, which was intense and a bit overwhelming at times, but overall it was a great experience. It was not only a valuable opportunity to reflect on my past work but also beneficial in gaining a deeper understanding of the Amazon way of working.
