A recruiter reached out via email with the job details with a link to an assessment to complete if interested. Next step was scheduling a time for two back to back interviews. Once scheduled, they send the name of your interviewers and a very detailed email about how to perform well during the interviews and use Chime, their video and messaging software. Interview is very easy, the second interviewer never showed up. I emailed them, the first interviewer, and recruiter about it and no one ever responded or explained what happened. I just got an email from the recruiter days later asking me to do a background check. Finally, a "pre-offer summary" email noting that the official job contract wasn't available until completion of their onboarding process, which includes submission of personal information and documents. Odd. The onboarding process is a bit disjointed but it seems like a decent place to work.
