Interview is straightforward. They will really as a lot of technical questions, there is no tight or wrong answer,they want to know your thinking process. Scripting skills is definitely a must.

Round 1 interview covering experience with and understanding of BGP and OSPF.
Round 2 interviews (5) split covering examples of previous work focused on core company principals and deeper dives into BGP/MPLS/OSPF and coding tests.
Well coordinated and good prep from the recruiter.
