It's a long process I applied to a 3rd party and they got in touch with me about the job offer. I had to do multiple tests and language assessments and later on calls with interviews and so on. Overall it was a very long process and I did feel a bit lost here and there and overwhelmed with the amount of Things they wanted me to do.

After that, I had a conversation with the hiring manager, where we went deeper into my previous experience, how I approach client relationships, campaign performance, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.
