The process was very organized , starting from HR Team to technical team. the interview was friendly with follow up questions candidates should be very familiar with amazon leadership Principals and how to response on STAR

Quite a long interview process, for a management position it was very hands on and tech orientated, with several talks to members across the company. Speaking to other people in senior roles was a good experience and showed a good team mentality.
