I applied and got an email to setup an interview 2 days later, did the interview, and got the offer in 3 days. From applying to the offer, 10 days total.

Question 1
Give me an example of a time when you were able to deliver an important project under a tight deadline. What sacrifices did you have to make to meet the deadline? How did they impact the final deliverable? What was the final outcome?
Tell me about a time when you saw an issue that would impact your team and took a proactive approach to solve it. What was the issue? What did you do and what was the outcome? What did you learn from this situation?
The interview process was structured and focused heavily on behavioral questions. It followed Amazon’s Leadership Principles, so preparation using the STAR method was essential. The interviewer asked about past experiences, problem-solving, leadership, and handling challenges. Overall, it was straightforward but required clear, well-structured answers and real examples.

Went through 3 interviews. 1st was with 3 other people and on zoom. 2nd was mainly asking job specific questions, 3rd was all situational based problems regarding what actions I would take and what tools I would use.
