The day started with an inrroduction then 4 x 45 minutes interviews which felt long however the interviewers were very informal and overall made me feel relaxed. The questions were based around the company's leadership qualities. The recruiters were very nice to me. I also received a tour of their large fulfillment centre which helped me gain an insight into the job.

La entrevista fue muy positiva y realmente enriquecedora. El ambiente resultó profesional pero cercano, lo que permitió conversar con naturalidad sobre mi experiencia previa y mis habilidades como Shift Manager. Me hicieron preguntas situacionales para evaluar mi capacidad de liderazgo, resolución de problemas y manejo del estrés.
