Amazon uses the S.T.A.R. method when conducting panel interviews so you will need to come prepared to answer question by describing a situation, task that needed to be accomplished, actions taken, and the results if your action.

Tell me about a time when you and a coworker had a conflict and how did you resolve the conflict?
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
