Very structured and you get a lot of preparation material, plus a meeting with a recruiter that explains the entire process. They would keep you up do date with all information related to your application and what are the next steps. I got an answer whether I passed the interview very quickly.

There was two interviews back to back. Each being about thirty minutes long. From what I remember, one with a corporate employee and one with a manager at a fulfillment center.

Very simple. It's a group interview, but you aren't competing for slots - everyone who does well will be extended an offer. They will ask you about your problem solving skills, and they will ask you hypotheticals.
