Long and tedious with a lot of questions that you have to answer as they please. They are very results driven. So if you want to fit in yoy should not focus on non-essential information. Focus on actions and results

Question 1
What would you do if you found out that your best friend at work was stealing? If your direct supervisor ordered you to do something you disagreed with, what would you do? Would you be willing to work ten hours a day, four days a week?
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.

Conflict between coworkers, how would you approach resolving?
All virtual. STAR interview questions (situation task action result). Think of examples of tough situations you had to deal with. I think I had 2 or 3 interviews before I got an offer. Pretty smooth process overall.
