Entretien
You will have 3 x 30 minutes interviews with 3 Amazon interviewers separately online via Amazon Chime. You have have a 5 minute break in between the interviews. You will introduce yourself to the interviewer at the start of the interview and then they will ask you 2 questions related to the Amazon Leadership Principles.

As Amazon is a very customer centric company, give me an example of a time you have shown customer obsession?
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.

Conflict between coworkers, how would you approach resolving?
All virtual. STAR interview questions (situation task action result). Think of examples of tough situations you had to deal with. I think I had 2 or 3 interviews before I got an offer. Pretty smooth process overall.
