Lengthy but easy. The anticipation is the hardest part, but the interviewer will ask standard questions regarding your knowledge of HR process and behavioral questions to assess your match to the company values.

4, 45 minute interviews, all virtual. STAR method for questions, found out a week later if you get the job. Range of different interviewer roles. Interviews were all back to back in a 4 hour time slot.

There was none.
At this time, you would be brought in as a contracted worker by a 3rd party and then "converted" to an Amazon employee if their is an available spot open and if you have shown you can exceed the expectation of work.
