You will be asked a series of questions based on the 14 leadership principles at Amazon. You will want to be familiar with them and demonstrate them well when answering the questions. They will want you to use the STAR method when answering questions (situation, task, action, and result). They will ask you follow up on the question such as what you would do differently if faced with the issue again, what you learned, etc.

There might an aptitude test as well.
Three rounds with different departments that might involve learning, HR and operations, with each interview going for about 10-15 minutes.
