J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Amazon (Seattle, WA) en nov. 2013

First three phone screens, the difficulty of the questions is average, if you prepare well with around 4-2 weeks prior you should be good to go.
After the phone screens they flew me to Seattle for on site interviews, 5 interviews in total:
* 3 interviews with other SDE who asked me to solve a problem about data structures and algorithms on the whiteboard, the difficulty is very similar to the phone screens, maybe a tiny bit higher.
* Lunch interview with the hiring manager who asked an open ended question on how would I troubleshoot an imaginary server issue.
* Interview with the bar raiser was a follow up from the problem asked by the hiring manager and then a coding question in the whiteboard.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Questions about algorithms and data structures (trees, heaps, queues), some of them were straight from other coding problems found in interviews, other were more design problems when I needed to use the correct data structures.
Interview with manager and bar raiser are more open questions: they explain a problem and ask me how would I assess the problem, find the root cause and fix it.
It started with an OA, and then after a few weeks, I got invited to four rounds of interviews: technical and behavioral at 3 of the 4, and behavioral only at one.

Online Assessment is the first step in the process. I didn’t have an HR phone screening and went straight to the OA after applying. It was sent to me about a week after I submitted my application.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
The first question is LeetCode style algorithms question, and the second question gives a full stack repo (choice of Java, NodeJS, or Django) and asks to solve a backend issue which is causing a bug in the frontend. Unit tests must pass to pass the second question. You can run both backend/frontend indivdually or together
