Straight forward. They want you to be successful. They will give you information to help with their interview standards. Study the star method and their leadership principles. Be prepared with story of situations you can use during the interview that will show quantitative results in your story. The stories can be projects you did in school if you have no work experience.

All virtual. STAR interview questions (situation task action result). Think of examples of tough situations you had to deal with. I think I had 2 or 3 interviews before I got an offer. Pretty smooth process overall.
