It was a very straightforward process. The recruiting team reached out me after I applied, and they scheduled 2 45-minute behavioral interviews. I didn't know who I was interviewing with prior to the interviews. The recruiting team also hosted an informational event before the interviews to prepare and learn the Leadership Principles.
