The interview process was pretty simply involving behavioral questions and questions about previous work experience and skills associated with this job. Also education and career goals. The process was with a panel for me, and I was sent an email literally the day before I needed to take the interview.

There was two interviews back to back. Each being about thirty minutes long. From what I remember, one with a corporate employee and one with a manager at a fulfillment center.

A situational question about dealing with an employee who is consistently late to work.
Very simple. It's a group interview, but you aren't competing for slots - everyone who does well will be extended an offer. They will ask you about your problem solving skills, and they will ask you hypotheticals.
