3 interviewers with 3 questions each 30-45 minutes long. Lots of follow up questions as well so make sure you know what your talking about.
Must use Star format and Quantitate Data. They want to know you make good decisions and you can lead. I included a lot of stories that tied with their leadership principals and use those key terms in my stories.
My personal tip is to have 10 stories/business lead scenerios that include some type of numbers (growth numbers, customer survey scores, book keeping, etc) , so when the ask you question all your doing is picking a story that best answers the questions.

tell me a time when you created an environment where direct reports felt comfortable speaking to you.

3 45 min interview with operation manager, Hr manger and Senior operations manager. Ask behavioral questions. Be sure to use star method and show your leadership and ability to adapt
Good because the interviewer was polite and understanding, the interview was long but did not feel it so much. Preparing is a must in order to pass the interview. I was interviewed with more than one person which was a little stressful but it went fine

3 rounds of interviews. One with HR, Area Manager, and Ops Manager. Use of Star Method. Very in depth on past experience and never get too personal about your skills. Ops Manager was extremely rude for no reason and told me “ I don’t want to know anything about you” as his opening statement.
