The interview comprised four one hour interviews with questions ranging from technical to management and leadership. The technical questions focussed on demonstrating an in depth knowledge of software design and architecture. The management questions focussed on the candidate's approach to forming, mentoring and guiding teams to success.

I was contacted by a recruiter then I had a phone screening interview when usual questions about Amazon leadership principles were asked and I answered them using STAR methodology and data driven situatons, but I received a rejection after 3 days surpisingly!
