J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Amazon (Seattle, WA) en avr. 2011
Entretien
1) 40 minute phone screen by hiring manager (senior manager level)
2) 30 minute phone screen by another senior manager in the organization
3) 5 hours of on site interviews, 30 minutes with a director, 30 minutes with a senior manager, 30 minutes with another senior manager, a lunch interview with the hiring manager, and two more 30 minute interviews with managers. There was a 30 minute break due to last minute scheduling adjustments. I was scheduled to meet with dept VP but that did not happen.

Entretien
Generally conversational and asking about your resume and experience. After the assessment link is sent to you via HR, they can invite you for a phone screen. This phone screen generally lasts an hour.
They asked a lot of behavioral questions and it seemed like SQL/Data Analysis was heavily required. Would definitely recommend prepping all the common behavioral question. Also its important to know the core principles of Amazon
