Proceso súper largo, todo sobre metodología STAR. Proceso demasiado intenso, aplazan entrevistas, nunca recibí comunicación de HR sobre el proceso, solo entré a la app a revisar la aplicación y fue rechazada. El proceso duró aprox 4 meses.

Como trabajas bajo presión, cuéntame una situación difícil con un partner, siempre aportar datos. Proyectos fuera de tu área de trabajo, como persuado al cliente para que haga nuevos proyectos conmigo y aportar datos.

fairly easy. phone then hiring manager. took a few weeks to hear back and didn’t get the job unfortunately. i will keep trying! amazon is a great company and i think i just need a bit more experience.
1 Phone screen, 4 loops of behavioral interviews. A bar raiser is involved in one of the 4 loops. They respond back in the same week regarding the next steps / feedback
