J'ai passé un entretien chez Amazon (Londres, Angleterre) en mars 2024
Entretien
I had two interviews back to back, Both the interviewers were looking at the screen where the usually take notes. Amazon usually has a set of questions across their 16 principles from which they ask questions. They give the intros from both sides pretty brief. The interviewer is usually not engaging with you which is a pretty odd experience in your opinion.
In general, they want the answers in a STAR format and want to really understand the different metrics and impact numbers that you had. What did you do, what did you learn, etc

The interview had one round. It started with a brief introduction, followed by questions about my background, experience, and why I want to join Amazon. Then, there were scenario-based questions to check how I handle customers and problems. The interviewer was friendly and clear. The whole process took about 30 minutes.
