Normal as could be, I could tell they wanted someone else, very easy to figure out by walking through the company the type of people they hire. The interview was your standard questions and they tried to look deep into my eyes to figure out if I was lying. It was the hiring manager so I know they were just doing it to fill their logs. Can see right through these employers.
