Online test, assessment day with group session, one on one interview, and presentation.
The group session had a briefing pack and group had to make recommendations to the interviewers.
It was a relaxed comfortable and supportive environment.

Initial CV and cover letter submission.
Follow up personally multiple-choice tests.
Video interview with randomly selected questions - 1 minute thinking time, 3 minutes talking time.
Got to just before assessment stage then was ghosted.
Getting to penultimate stage then recieving ZERO feedback at all was rude and lazy on Atos' part.
