Great process, Video interview is not too difficult and you have the ability to re-record. The assessment centre included role play, group task and an interview. Assessment centre was a great experience with friendly staff

It was very hard. Only reached the video interview stage. The process was nice and easy. Questions started off with reasons I wanted to work for British Airways, the importance of customer service to BA and then got increasingly difficult with answers such, what changes I would make to senior leadership team.
