This interview process consists of three rounds.
First round is fully based on COCUBES pattern
second round is technical round and then HR interview
First round is conducted through online test that is COCUBES then 1:1 interview is conducted.
But I have been eliminated in first round itself eventhough i have done most of the questions well. Their cutoff expectancy varies and it is mostly above 70 or 80%

1st round consists of
-16 quantitative question
-16 logical reasoning
and total time alloted for this is 50 minutes on the whole.
Next we have to attend essay and it should be within 200 to 240 words.
Most of the essay topics are generalised and some of them are Does participation in sports gives good character?, Smart work or hard work which is better?, Whether attendance is important for college?, Laptops or books which is preferrable?,Health or Wealth, role of social media etc.

I had the onsite interview without a phone screen. The company paid all the travel fees (flight, hotel, and taxi). There were 3 rounds of interviews. General behavior, technical question, and case interview. It went well, the interviewers were nice. No harsh questions.

Processo seletivo contém uma prova. Após aprovação existe uma dinâmica em grupo, para apresentação e resolução de um jogo elaborado pra verificar a capacidade lógica dos candidatos. Duas equipes separadas ,com informações que ajudariam uma a outra a resolver o enigma. Verifica-se a capacidade de enxergar perguntas ideias a serem feitas para resolver o problema proposto.
