Did not get the role in the end. The phone interview was not too long - around 20 minutes or so and the questions asked were not too difficult or technical. Friendly conversation and ample opportunity to answer. Interviewer spent plenty of time explaining cap gemini, development opportunities and the information about the scheme.

Interview process was good.. it was on time and infact got updates on the schedule time to time. Kudos to the team for organizing this schedule perfectly..wish I could get one more opportunity to join the company.

The interview process was largely hassle-free and well-structured. Although the overall timeline was longer than expected, I was kept informed about the delays and next steps at every stage. The entire process followed a systematic approach, with regular follow-ups and clear communication from the HR team, which made the experience transparent and reassuring
