Entretien
I got to know about the opening through one of the employees who happened to be my classmate. She referred my name for the opening and I got a call on the next day itself. A very basic telephonic interview took place. Then I was called for personal interview session. I cleared the personal interview round and my friend informed me that I got selected in the evening.
Capgemini relies a lot on employee refferal scheme. If you know someone working there it gets easier for you to get a call. But if you don't know anyone and don't have any backup even if you push your resume through mails, job portals etc you wont get a call.
I have applied lot of times when I have no one to refer me, though there was numerous openings I never got a call.

I haven't faced any difficult question. I was able to answer all of them.
The interview process consisted of an initial HR screening followed by a technical interview. The discussion focused on my articleship experience, accounting concepts, financial reporting, reconciliation, month-end close activities, Excel skills, and behavioural questions. The interviewer was professional and the overall process was smooth.

2 interviews, 1 behavioral, which was very casual just describing yourself, and the other technical, they give you a scenario and they ask you what would you do, for example how would you come up with a solution for a keeping track of cars in a parking lot
