It was smooth but but bit long process as the discussions were spread across multiple weeks. The confirmation from Cap Gemini took a while but Resourcing team was in contact with me continuously. The actual interviews were nice as the entire discussion was positive and concentrated more on attitude and skills rather than just experience. Overall a good experience.

I had a smooth interview process, where I had a clear procedure, regular follow ups, timely updates from the recruiting team and ample guidance to the tasks that were assigned to me which lead the process effortless and smooth.

It was walk-in. There were 2 rounds of technical interview and final one was with the HR. The onboarding process including document submission, filling up online forms till offer release was also smooth. The HR SPOC was very supportive.

Process Matters, and Capgemini nailed it. The transition from the initial interview stages to full onboarding was handled with such professionalism and clarity. The interview process was very smooth and communication was proactive. it consist of three rounds. Technical,Managerial and HR discussion.
