Worst interview process i have encountered till now. SO the position is for Azure Dot net Developer Role. As i have already mentioned to the HR that i am dot net engineer and have done AZ 900 certifications only. I do not have any industry experience in the same, He said OK and scheduled my interview. Interview went well as i have answered all the questions even azure questions what ever knowledge i had related to that topic. Interviewer was positive on my performance. But I have received that we can not proceed with your application , HR did not even bother to tell me what is the reason behind this. Note: I have interviewed for 3 times for this company and every time interview was good Other two times HR did not provided any comments also. As if they are interviewing people just for maintaining there interview count, Very disappointed cause i was not well then i have given interview for 1 hours and after interview in 5 mins i have received rejection mail . Suggestions: 1) Please clarify with HR about your job roles and responsibility before scheduling the interview 2) Keep in touch with HR over a call if possible . 3) If you are experience employee do not waste week days working hours .
