Initial phone screen with recruiter asking about background and technical experience, an online coding assessment. Pretty straightforward for a position that involves coding. The process was pretty quick as well.
J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Capgemini
Entretien
30 min overall info session with fellow interviewees, 1 recruiter (most likely the one that you've been communicating with) and 1 (seems like entry level) employee then 3 hour long interview (1 hour 1:1 interviews back to back with 3 different people wth different positions and levels in the company)
1 of the interviewer was really nice (the 3rd one). The 1st one seemed bored and uninterested the whole time and left before time. The 2nd one seemed slightly pissed off for some reason and was quite rude and snarky.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
No technical questions, just behavioral. I think they have a list of questions they are forced to ask. All three interviewers had the list of the same questions and picked what they want to ask from there.
