In Capgemini I have selected for Vodafone client in 2017 even documentation done before releasing the offer so I was waiting for the offer from them but after 3 weeks I tried to contact them then HR told me that your offer is declined but didnt gave the exact reason why, again in Aug 2021 interview done for Synchrony client but after 15 days I tried to connect with the manager and HR team manager told me that offer declined due to package if they do not have that budget then why they take interview and why connect with the candidate again and again even that manager personally called me and said that it is positive from him and he wants me in his team so don't accept any offer from another team in Capgemini and when I asked him why offer declined and no one informed me he was shouting on me like he is not having manners, in this time around 3 to 4 rounds happened
