In interview the interviewer directly asked the questions by google search. At that moment they expect the exact answers which is not possible to remember the entire theory from base to advance level

Not satisfied by the interview process held by capgemini for third party/contingent employee roles.
1. If you not agree for F2F interview they gave online interview option.
2. If you cleared it they asked to attend 3 more technical rounds for 30 mins.
3, even if you cleared them also there is no assurance in releasing the contractual offer.

It was one sided, the interviewer seems in hurry and was just doing formalities of asking set questions but not even interested in listening answers. I think he was having a lot of slots booked so maybe the case.
