Unprofessional Recruiters
You and Recruiter agree on X amount on first call itself.
You clear all the rounds with flying colours.
But then when time comes for company to release you offer. Capgemini drops the ball.
Recruiter tells you not enough budget and blah blah blah.
You try to negotiate and lower down the expectation to X-1, X-2.. But still recruiter poses like company has no funds.
Such a pathetic thing to do. So unprofessional, do you people think candidate has all the free time in world to attend your interviews.
Next time check your pocket first and then ask candidates to appear for interview or else don't invite skilled people for interview.
