I had completed 2 rounds of technical round and 1 HR discussion for salary negotiations.
HR has came back after 20 days by saying that your profile was dropped so can't proceed further.
So there will be a cheating by HRs during salary negotiations part , Please do not put paper in current organization until you receive an offer letter .
