Firstly communication is very bad, interview intimation happens only in email , no recruiter is involved as point of contact. Once the interview is completed , candidates will be clueless with result, Yes/No . None can be reached to get the feedback.
Interview was like a puzzle, the panel will not know for which position the candidate is applying . Questions are random and not related to candidates resume or work experience

Interview Process is direct and easy. 2 rounds of interview L1 with easy any average difficulty and L2 with average and above average difficulty and the results are updated in a span of week itself .

Interview questions were too basic and interview was not for experienced candidates.
Interviewer was having less experience than the candidate.
By hearing the experience of candidate, questions were not asked properly.
Choose interviewer based on the requirements and experienced
3 rounds of interview: 1. L1 technical like framework, java program, BBD , CUCUMBER, DATA DRIVEN FRAMEWORK 2. L2 managerial like scenario based questions 3. HR salary discussion AND OFFER LETTER
