I was approached by HR, called twice for face to face interview on Monday mornings. Both the rounds went well.I was complimented for my experience and expertise. Called Called 3 to 4 times over phone for discussion. But didn't knew what went wrong, they didn't give reason for not hiring. HR didn't even bother to reply to my email. I am shocked if they behave this way with senior members this way, what would be their approach at entry level?

Interview was really good and impressive. Capgemini is very good company. It is proved in survey as well. There is very good culture in Capgemini. People also like to work in Capgemini.
