It's very flexible and fast process to onboard if your are selected. Due to F2F round we will get to know the status immediately and move fast forward process.
On boarding also got fast with minimal documentation process.

Entretien
Sent straight to final interview after applying. Recruiter did not make it clear it was final interview, I thought it was a 30 minute basic screening. 3x30min 1:1s on resume, technical, interests.
The interviews seemed disorganized with a lot of repeated questions.
Recruiter misspelled my name and put conflicting/wrong dates in emails, also said "I would never ghost you" and proceeds to do so.
