I applied for the IgnITe Graduate program at CapGemini. These went fine, she presented the tests and interview for the hiring managers and called me back the week after. I then got invited to an in-person interview at the Stockholm office. The day I had my interview all other candidates also were there, so you got to meet your competition. I had two interviews, one personality and one consultant. We also got a case at one of the interviews, which we handed in. After this, it took a week before getting a offer.
