Interview process went with 4 rounds, which consist of the below.
2 Technical discussion - the discussion was about the technical knowledge, scenario based questions and technical challenge I overcome in my experience as Storage administrator.
1 Mocha EnglishPro test - This round was to test the English grammar, email writing and conversation skills.
1 HR discussion - This was a formal HR discussion about my experience, preferred location and salary discussions.

Mostly it depends on the technical stuffs mentioned in the resume, you will get the technical knowledge tested and scenario based questions, added to that you should have good communication skills with grammar knowledge to crack this interview.

After initial resume screening, received a call for detailed Telephonic technical interview Round 1. After clearance of the first part, second round of detailed telephonic project management based interview .
HR quick turnaround for further checks on locality, salary expectations, notice period, background checks etc.
